Orders are mailed within 48 hours of receipt of payment - normally, they are out the same day, but with the expansion and increase in sales, more time may be required.

Orders may be placed on the site thru checkout which is emailed to me - secure use of credit card may be used by entering the info to the checkout order which I process to Visa or Mastercard - or phoned in at 1-204-638-3383 -   (10 AM to 10 PM daily with no collect calls please) or by email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it  to lock in your purchase. Material will be invoiced and set aside pending receipt of your payment if mailed. All orders are confirmed and material in stock and set aside for you - any item not in stock will have an email to you advising of such. Credit card payments are processed upon receipt of the order and an email will advise of the total order processed thru your card.

7% MANITOBA PROVINCIAL SALES TAX - Manitoba residents are required to pay 7% provincial sales tax - any order from Manitoba for which the tax is not accompanied with the payment must be delayed in mailing until the tax is received on mail in payments - Manitoba buyers using Visa or Mastercard will have the tax added automatically.

GST - At present I am not required to collect GST - at such a time as my sales meet their requirements, then the GST must be collected.

CANADIAN PRICING - as of today June 13/07 am treating US funds and Canadian funds at par - Bank rate is 1.02-1.06 buy/sell - a discount for starters -

Pricing is in Canadian dollars and US and overseas buyers will be invoiced in Cdn. funds - Visa and Mastercard  will convert to your currency on your invoice. For mail in payments, US funds and Euros are accepted - this converted amount I will email any buyer chosing to mail their payment. I use Kitco web site conversion as is is running 24 hours a day constant as these people are major silver and gold buyers/sellers.

Mailed payments must arrive within 14 days of confirmation of order received and material still available - the material will be held for payment arrival - mailed payments must be received within 14 days - please mail your payment promptly as the mail takes 4-5 days normally across Canada and as much as 14 days from countries outside North America.

Mail arrives in the morning and I normally have orders out in the mail the same day - I am able to process approx. 25 orders per day and any volume higher than 25 is mailed the next day. This service by far is much faster than any competitor in the private sector - service is a priority with me - my repeat business is high with my clients - I am very efficient in my service to my customers.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING (S&H) - FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING ON ORDERS OVER $70.00 Cdn. manually adjusted before payment is made.

Canadian orders $3.00 per order first class mail - If you wish orders to go Express Post or Registered mail (if it conforms to Canada Post requirements) $6.50 Cdn. - I will pick up the extra - it will be more - $100.00 orders go free postage.  

USA continental orders by small packet airmail - $3.00 US (at par with Cdn. dollar) for first 500 gram package - actual postage rate applies after that - Each order over 500 grams may have different dimensions and postal rate.
$100.00 ORDERS ARE MAILED FREE - Invoice is manually reduced before processing payments.

Overseas orders by small packet airmail - letter mail is okay for small thin orders such as paper currency - however orders over $100.00 will have free mailing (free S&H) Middle East, Africe and third world contries will require Registered mail. Many countries do not have secure mail/postal system and risk of loss is high.
Registered mail $12.00 US per 500 grams - orders under 200 grams may be sent registered mail for the same fee if it conforms to postal regulations - under 2 CM in thickness and under 9x12 inches in dimension. Registered mail fees are expensive and if the weight and size limit permits, registered mail will be used in preference to airmail as a form of security in the mail as long as the S&H comes remotely close so that additional postage used will be as a courtesy at seller expense.

SHIP TO LOCATIONS - All orders must be mailed to one address - credit card billing address for card payments.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - Any item may be returned for a refund or replacement -must be received back in the same packaging within 14 days of receiveing the order.
